A3: We provide a one-year 1,000 working hours warranty. During the
warranty period, if any quality issues occur, we supply replacement
spare parts free of charge, and Hosem Power covers the courier cost
for urgent parts shipment.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
A4: Typically 30% deposit by T/T before production and 70% balance
before shipment. L/C at sight is also acceptable for large orders.

A5: Normally 30 days, depending on order quantity and customization
